This source shows how this genre came about in this book sense and the movie sense and some of the successes. This genre, however, goes very in depth of the importance of the Greek mythology and how it pertains to normal life. We also get a more detailed synopsis of the book and the movie so that we can really tell what he differences and similarities are.
Very surface-level courses in each case. You need deeper stuff on mythology not about PJ, more on YA fiction and some stuff on social history.
