The top line of this blog are the theory and techniques guides for COMM 273. Along the left column you can see links to student work. Students post their public work here for COMM 273, Media and Popular Culture class at TLU.
I agree that these two pages have a majority of moment to moment and aspect to aspect panels, but why do you think that is? I think that the lines, coloring, and angle switching gives the reader different views of Maika's frailty in the scene, giving purpose to the constant change in the panels.
It seems like the data you've collected has a good variety of style. Maybe you should write about how the different aspects join together to form a coherent whole.
There is line quality that changes from before Maika's transformations with the dead god and when she is still struggling with the many changes inside of her before his first physical appearance. There could be an argument that the line quality Maika has is a pre-warning of how unstable she will become further in the book.
I think an interesting conclusion can be made about the use of light and color within the frames. It is worth noting which characters are in light and which are in darkness. what does this seem to say about them or make the reader feel? Is this motif used elsewhere in the comic?
