Since your analysis focuses on how the characters are more focused compared to the background and give off a sense of tension and seem confrontational along with the strong/ confident lines, you may say that the strong visual facial expressions of the characters suggests that the will to be more powerful than one another and have control holds strong between these characters. You may also say that these characteristics contribute to a rival of the sexes between the power of man and woman.

  2. This particular section of the book is teeming with variety. How do you think everything from the setting to the transitions, line etc. act to form a cohesive whole?
