1:27.32: They open with a long shot of Creed arriving at Bianca's apartment and using synchronous sound to bang on the door and create a sense of urgency and then Bianca matches that aggression and bangs on the door kind of taking some of that power back. Then they use a medium shot with parallel editing to flip back and forth between Bianca and Adonis while having an argument on how he assaulted someone at her show.
The whole time they are separated between her front door. They used cross-cutting while having them come on and off-screen while they are fighting so with the use of the door between them they are creating this separation between them by having Adonis in the hall and Bianca in her apartment. They use overhead lighting to give a sense of seriousness and even sadness because it creates shadows to make it feel darker.
Also, the door between them is interesting because throughout the whole movie almost every scene with Bianca and Adonis they create this warmth and familiarity by having them either be physically close for example when he helped her with her braids or they are having deep conversations.
While arguing they are fighting they are both facing the door and using very open body language and it creates this thought that they want to be together but there's just something between them and this uses symbolism because there is technically the door is between them but it really his actions at the show are keeping them apart.
1:28.26 is when the conversation shifts to Rocky having cancer and Bianca immediately took a deep breath and opened the door. To show that she still cares for him and his family and encourages him to help Rocky fight.
