I chose to analyze this scene as it shows Oscar's kindness and compassion. It also shows how fragile life is.
The above shot shows the freeness of the top of the frame, creating an open space. The red circles show how there isn't a stark difference between the lightest parts and the shadows, meaning there is a low contrast.
good work! to expand on you idea of a thesis you have started you can explain, if you have seen the whole film how this scene is important in the viewer's knowledge of the character or how this affects the character later on.
