The film starts with Black panther looking down from a high angle at what seems to be a high-tech map of the mission. The scene transitions to a conversation between black panther and Okoye with a standard shot reverse shot. This edit is useful to have a human conversation between the characters and explain that black panther is scared of seeing Nakia again. The photography throughout this movie is 2.39:1 with correct exposure. Marvel movies usually rely on having similarities between them, so to make them homogenized. Then the scene transitions to an inside-out cutting style edit of black panther being ejected out of the plane. It transitions from a medium close-up shot of him unbothered falling off the sky to a close-on focus on the tracker falling off the sky. This helps the viewer have a linear transition in a parallel edit with a Tilt movement of the camera. The shot transitions to the kidnappers trying to decipher what's being tagged on their vehicles, we can see a complete plane in an off-screen space, which makes the viewer wonder where black panther is going out. The exposure is correct which allows the viewer to look around the jungle for clues, yet there’s a high contrast edit with an overhead lighting edition that can represent moonshine. As the military men are still looking for the black panther we see a couple of close-ons and medium close-ups conveying that something is out there hunting them. In addition, the crabbing of the camera helps to transmit a message that something is out there looking back at them. The men stumble into a barking dog in the dark, and then the camera dollies to see black panther up on a tree. He’s underexposed which shows the mystery behind this character. There’s a sharp sudden simultaneous sound when he’s discovered, and then the scene quickly transitions in an eye-line match style to the commander trying to reach out to his team. One of the kidnappers is quickly thrown into an automobile and the battle starts. The men gunning at black panther are sort of in a formation style in this show, but it is edited with a wide angle lens, which to me shows that these men are well trained and organized. The camera movement switches to handheld, making the battle look more realistic and helping the viewer feel like they are present in this scene. Nakia and black panther quickly disarm the armed men. This scene has a couple of match-on-action edits which are classic for any fight scene to see all the angles the battle is taking place. Nakia reprehends the black panther in a shot reverse shot conversation for almost hurting a boy. The non-diagetic music playing in the background suddenly starts again telling the viewer that while black panther was distracted, the battle has started again. Okoye falls from the sky and neutralizes the target. Sad non-diabetic starts playing as black panther tells Nakia his dad is dead. The team liberates the people who were kidnapped. This shot includes a couple of medium close-ones at the rescued people’s faces to show their gratitude towards the team
