Rockler Assignment - Marquee Allison

I think that Rockler does interpret the information correctly. She states that the students are arguing that the producers from The Lion King don't sit there and try to make poor people seem evil; or make the movie racist. The producers don't sit down and discuss race and class and so on. This is what the students are arguing. One student even says that a class she was taking ruined the movies for her because the class analyzed them too closely. She didn't wanna know that much about it, and looking that much into it made her question if her teacher was right or not. I think Rockler does well in interpreting the section.
